Michael Vogan is an assistant director with Moody’s Analytics. As Moody's lead auto economist, Michael produces research and discusses the impact of the economy on the auto industry and credit markets. He currently manages the Moody’s Analytics residual vehicle values forecast models, leveraging experience in building consumer credit loss forecasting models for stress-testing applications. He holds a master’s degree in applied economics and econometrics from the University of Delaware and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bloomsburg University.
An experienced speaker, Michael has been interviewed by Auto Finance News and Bloomberg’s Center for Auto Finance Excellence podcast series, and has presented at Moody’s Analytics events and webinars.
