Dennis Ephlin has over 28 years of experience in the automotive industry driving brand value and customer experience strategy into market and profit realization. His current role, as associate partner at IBM, has him leading the customer experience and digital transformation areas in the Automotive Centre of Competence in client work, intellectual capital and solution development. In his career at IBM, he has led multi-million dollar engagements in go-to-market approaches, customer experience, digital transformation, new business models and corporate strategy.
Previously, Mr. Ephlin worked in world-class companies including General Motors, JD Power, AutoTrader, iCrossing and Y&R, where he led major product development platforms, launched global vehicle brands, advised sales and marketing spend and program efforts, and led digital strategies.
