Mr. Ephlin has over 28 years in many various leadership positions in the automotive industry, including positions in OEMs, Digital Agencies, Market Research and Data companies, and Big 4 consultancies. The companies he has worked for and consulted with include General Motors, AutoTrader, PwC, J.D. Power, and others, in the areas of Brand Management, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, Field Sales, Dealer Business Management and more. He has led luxury platform brand development and launches, developed new product go-to-market plans, and led sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and incentive programs. This experience has given Dennis a full and unique perspective of the industry value chain and its evolving ecosystem.

In his most recent 5+ years at IBM, Dennis has served as a Subject Matter Expert and Functional Leader in the Global Automotive Centre of Competence. He leads sales, delivery and PoV development in the areas of Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, Sales, Distribution and Marketing, and Retail Transformation. His clients have included Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), AAA, Hyundai, Kia, GM, Ford, Lincoln and many more. He is a frequent leader of company executive workshops and speaking engagements, bringing an innovative approach and PoV on the auto industry and evolving customer experience needs.
